So, Comic Con was awesome. Our costumes were awesome, mostly Amanda's and Michelle's though. There were many aspects of my costume that I liked, but I was missing a few key elements. Like hair, boots, and broaches. Oh well. My fuku was awesome and my choker was too. Amanda and Michelle's costumes were totally complete, and it was very exciting to walk around with them all day and take pictures with stormtroopers and other folks like that.
I also shook Kevin Sorbo's hand. For those of you who don't know who he is, he is the star of my third favorite T.V. show to ever be on television: Hercules, the Legendary Journeys! (The order is this: Sailor Moon, Xena, and the Hercules!)
Unfortunately, I was out of money and unable to buy an autograph from him. But, I did shake his hand!
Life has been pretty crazy ever since summer started. With moving, orientation, trying to say "goodbye for a while" to all my favorite people and things I've become attached to has given me a bit of a shake-up.
In preparation for the new apartment I bought a whole bunch of plants to plant in pots outside. I think that growing something will make it seem more like home for me.
